New SCE head gaskets seal up record Elapsed Time.

Premier engine builders Bernard Mondello and John Fields needed a tougher head gasket than the MLS style they had been using for their 555 inch Big Block fed by a Nitrous Plate and Fogger. The engine propels the 71 Nova of Artis Houston who competes in the Pacific Street Car Association’s Wild Street 10.5 inch tire class. Bernard heard about the new ICS Titans from SCE Gaskets that require no sealants or o-rings and decided to give them a try…with spectacular results, a win and a record.

“The head gaskets sealed up tight and after 25 runs we still haven’t taken the heads off because, we haven’t had to. Everything is perfect and we’re making great power” related Bernard.
